    I don’t see forums on the list of things to nominate.

    Yahoo Answers — very basic novice material

    forums.mysql.com — wide variety of material and questions — from novice to sophisticated

    stack.overflow — tends to be more sophisticated

    For sheer volume, I would go for forums.mysql.com .
